Animal Welfare Quilts - Members created original block designs that were combined to create quilts for the local animal welfare organizations.

The guild sponsors an on-going inmate project at the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, MD. Interested male offenders meet weekly, under the direction of guild volunteers, to construct small quilts for at-risk children. Since 1999 they have donated over 500 quilts to the local hospital and domestic violence shelter. The inmates also display their quilts in the guild's annual quilt show.
