Animal Welfare Quilts - Members created original block designs that were combined to create quilts for the local animal welfare organizations.

The guild sponsors an on-going inmate project at the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, MD. Interested male offenders meet weekly, under the direction of guild volunteers, to construct small quilts for at-risk children. Since 1999 they have donated over 1000 quilts to Pediatric Units, Salem Home, Family Crisis Rescue Center, soldiers, veterans, persons in need, and many other locations. The inmates also display their quilts in the guild's annual quilt show.
